How to use:
- Turn down the volume and then plug the 3.5mm audio jack into the headset port at the bottom of your controller
- Position the microphone in front of your mouth
- Use switch on the control box to mute or unmute the microphone
- Adjust the volume by rotating the control wheel
PS 5 Play and Charging cable
- While the console is turned on, plug the USB-A end of the cable into the USB port on your console. Then connect the USB-C end of the cable into the charging port of your controller. The charging lights on your controller will indicate when charging is taking place and has finished.

Trouble-shooting:
- Earpiece emits no sounds – Make sure the headset connector is plugged in securely. Try adjusting the volume using the control wheel
- Others cannot hear you – Make sure the headset connector is plugged in securely and that your microphone is not muted on the control box
